Clean. Refrigerator was there. Reception lady was great. We saw a sloth in the tree by the pool at about 4:30pm so that was a bonus. There were lots of monkeys in the trees by the pool too. Ample parking space.

Perfect place to spot wildlife in the vicinity of your swimming pool. We stayed for three days and saw toucans, parrots, a racoon, a 'Costa Rican' capibara and on several occasions capuchin monkeys. One day a whole pack of them even came within arm's reach, no binoculars needed. Breakfast was very good, the staff helpful, and the pool perfect for a cooling down.

We were able to check in earlier as the room was already ready. This was very nice. Also, the room was fully equipped. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool. During breakfast, for example, we saw monkeys.

Really friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. A lot of nature can be seen directly from the hotel - monkeys birds etc The room was better than expected, very big. (Since there were only photos of the "deluxe villa" available online, we feared the standard rooms might be not great. But this was unfounded

Location quiet, room clean, Netflix and A/C in rooms, some nice touches like the hammocks, good amount of furniture in room, good staff who were very friendly and helpful, decent breakfast, decent value for money given that Manuel Antonio hotels are generally expensive.

Very quiet. Helpful staff. The property is subdivided into lodges. Each lodge has its own balcony and a hammock. Outdoor toilet and shower very bright. Nice to wake up and have a delicious breakfast. Coffee is always available for free at the pool area. If you like animals, I had the chance to meet a raccoon looking for food underneath my balcony and also around the hotel. It was lovely to see some white face monkeys climbing on the trees from my bedroom.

Room had a lot of space and came with a TV and fridge. Bathroom was pretty good too. The pool area was a great place to relax, very beautiful and monkeys will often come and visit. Is right by a bus stop. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room we stayed at provided a relaxing place to unwind and we enjoyed the morning breakfasts. The staff at Grand Park was excellent and very friendly. The ease of parking at the end of the day was welcome and was central to all of our daily adventures.

Comfortable well equipped room. Small but lovely pool. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location is busy but very good for a wide range of restaurants and access to the Manuel Antonio national park, which you can drive to at the bottom of the hill. Amazing beach next to the park.
